
宋李翔,中(zhong)共黨員,數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)工辦負責人。雖說是(shi)今年初(chu)從管理(li)學(xue)(xue)院輪(lun)崗來(lai)到數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院,但(dan)從進(jin)校伊始,宋李翔已在學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管理(li)工作崗位辛勤耕(geng)耘九個(ge)年頭,是(shi)學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工隊伍中(zhong)品格優(you)秀、勤勉擔當、經驗(yan)豐富的中(zhong)堅力(li)量。
自(zi)“不忘初(chu)心(xin),牢記(ji)使(shi)命(ming)”主題(ti)教育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)開展以來(lai),宋李翔(xiang)積(ji)極(ji)響應校黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)(wei)和(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支的(de)(de)號召,根據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)(wei)和(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有關“不忘初(chu)心(xin),牢記(ji)使(shi)命(ming)”主題(ti)教育(yu)統(tong)一部署和(he)安排,積(ji)極(ji)組織學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支部的(de)(de)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)作(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)同部署、共落實(shi),找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支部建設(she)的(de)(de)重點,扎(zha)實(shi)推(tui)進各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)開展,工(gong)作(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)則、身(shen)先士(shi)卒(zu)、貼(tie)近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)近工(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)際、貼(tie)近工(gong)作(zuo)隊(dui)伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才(cai),展現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支部書(shu)記(ji)應有的(de)(de)風采。

宋李翔(xiang)老(lao)師(shi)工作(zuo)(zuo)中敢于擔(dan)當,身先士卒,高度(du)自律。每(mei)天早上提前(qian)(qian)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)(kai)辦公室(shi),關愛團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)(dui)伍內部(bu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),通(tong)過(guo)專題(ti)研討、團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活動(dong)等方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦營造出團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)結(jie)協作(zuo)(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)(ci)實地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)(qing)況,及時(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)反饋早晚修情(qing)(qing)況。積(ji)極(ji)通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲(sheng)音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態,及時(shi)(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解難。自開(kai)(kai)展主題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人次(ci)(ci),宿舍走訪4次(ci)(ci)。工作(zuo)(zuo)中能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和(he)培養(yang)特點,有(you)針對性的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong),與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)育(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)人理念落實到位。同時(shi)(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)進的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引導(dao)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),而是(shi)(shi)通(tong)過(guo)嚴(yan)(yan)要求,敢碰(peng)硬的(de)(de)(de)態度(du)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)起進行(xing)后(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)引導(dao)。羅(luo)馬城不是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)天建(jian)(jian)(jian)成的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)也不是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過(guo)嚴(yan)(yan)于律己的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和(he)正能(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極(ji)傳遞才能(neng)讓新時(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)時(shi)(shi)俱進,勇往(wang)直前(qian)(qian)。
