圖書(shu)特(te)有的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)底(di)蘊和文(wen)化(hua)(hua)地(di)位,對(dui)整個(ge)社會的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大(da)發展(zhan),甚而對(dui)經濟(ji)、科研(yan)、社會文(wen)明等(deng)方面的(de)(de)(de)進步起(qi)著舉(ju)足輕重的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用。圖書(shu)館作(zuo)為古今中外最重要的(de)(de)(de)藏書(shu)場所、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)天地(di),肩負著特(te)別的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)使命和任務。高校圖書(shu)館在為教學科研(yan)服務的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),更有著直接參與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)重要使命。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養“復(fu)合(he)式創新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)(xing)(xing)高素質高技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期對職業院校提(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要求,符合(he)市場對新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)(xing)(xing)技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)才的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變化,也切(qie)合(he)技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)才未來發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)方向。全面推進(jin)“文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合(he)育人(ren)(ren)、協同育人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才培養模式改革,對職業院校的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)與教育教學(xue)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)了新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)挑戰,也說明(ming)了新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)(xing)(xing)技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)才培育的(de)復(fu)雜性。作為傳統(tong)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化主體(ti)部門、教學(xue)輔助單位(wei),圖書館理(li)當主動參與到文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深(shen)入落(luo)實“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人”的(de)人才(cai)培養理念(nian),一方(fang)面要求圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍進(jin)到書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)香校園(yuan),促進(jin)校園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)大發(fa)展(zhan),另一方(fang)面也從文(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)角度對圖(tu)書(shu)館的(de)具體工作(zuo)提(ti)出(chu)了(le)新的(de)要求。
1、豐(feng)富文化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文化(hua)(hua)根(gen)基(ji)。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設是圖書(shu)(shu)館永(yong)恒的(de)主題,今后應有三個轉變,一是重視(shi)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是重點抓好特(te)色資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設。圖書(shu)(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設實(shi)則是文化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文化(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基(ji)礎。為形成(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性、有效性與(yu)文化(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應進一步與(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)各(ge)部(bu)門及校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)外單位合作,加(jia)強合作資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,加(jia)強文化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題如職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)素養、地(di)(di)方文化(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)(zhi)文化(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏,一旦形成(cheng)規模,就進行(xing)歸(gui)納整理,集(ji)中收藏,建(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)題文庫(ku)。日常采(cai)購中,應有意識地(di)(di)進行(xing)專(zhuan)題采(cai)購,形成(cheng)特(te)色文化(hua)(hua)藏書(shu)(shu)。也可發(fa)揮(hui)博物(wu)(wu)館功能,收集(ji)地(di)(di)方文化(hua)(hua)資(zi)料、非物(wu)(wu)質遺產(chan),接(jie)受私(si)人(ren)專(zhuan)題藏品,形成(cheng)專(zhuan)題數據庫(ku)或特(te)藏室。
2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延(yan)伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師生,通(tong)過文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應建立(li)一(yi)套基本的(de)(de)(de)(de)能滿(man)足(zu)讀者(zhe)需求的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)(zai)此基礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿(man)足(zu)教師或(huo)重點(dian)團隊在(zai)(zai)縱深層(ceng)次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教學科研活動(dong)中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性需求,其次(ci)要在(zai)(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高(gao),服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更(geng)廣,如微博、短(duan)信(xin)、聊天群、手機圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促進與讀者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交(jiao)流(liu),文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。
3、廣(guang)(guang)開文化活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)文化平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校園(yuan)(yuan)師(shi)生(sheng)最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)聚集(ji)之(zhi)地。面向未來(lai),我們提出(chu)除了要(yao)(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)(jian)成資源(yuan)信息中(zhong)心之(zhi)外,還(huan)(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)建(jian)(jian)成學(xue)(xue)(xue)習交流(liu)(liu)中(zhong)心、文化活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)心和(he)宣(xuan)傳教育中(zhong)心,實現由傳統大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)(liu)、現代、新型(xing)(xing)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)實際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的(de)文化功能(neng)(neng),不斷拓(tuo)寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)文化活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)平臺,成為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校育人的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)渠道。近年來(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常(chang)規服務的(de)同時(shi),大(da)量舉辦主題文化展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱(yue)讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題講座、書(shu)(shu)評(ping)競賽和(he)技能(neng)(neng)比(bi)賽等(deng),保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月(yue)有新的(de)文化展(zhan)示(shi)與(yu)文化活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)頻率,通過教師(shi)的(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)讀者(zhe)協會,與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)建(jian)(jian)立了廣(guang)(guang)泛的(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文化活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞好(hao)搞精彩,還(huan)(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深(shen)入校園(yuan)(yuan),并且走(zou)出(chu)校門(men),配合(he)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)專(zhuan)題活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文化服務。
